The CVM/IAS-CAFS Library participated in the UPCVM Freshies Fair conducted by the UPCVM Student Council held on August 29, 2023. The UPCVM Freshies Fair welcomed the new CVM students and transferees while also orienting them with the College facilities and its various student organizations. Every student organization, together with the library, extended a warm greeting to the new CVM students. Fun and exciting activities were prepared so as to introduce themselves to the newest members of the UPCVM Family.
The CVM/IAS-CAFS library takes advantage of this opportunity to meet the students and personally invite them to the upcoming library activities. A photobooth with a human-sized Valerie was setup inside the library where students took pictures with her. Aside from this, promotional materials, souvenirs/prizes and Valerie tickets, for the chance to win exciting prizes, were displayed and distributed. Our heartfelt thanks to the active participation and cooperation of everyone thus, making this fun and exciting activity a success. Looking forward to seeing you all in the CVM/IAS-CAFS Library.
